Our delivery terms ensure safe, timely, and transparent shipments worldwide. From DDP door-to-door service to Ex-Works, air, sea, or courier options, we provide flexible solutions tailored to client needs. With full protection, insurance, and clear communication, we prioritize smooth delivery and long-term trust
1. Processing & Dispatch Time
-
Standard production lead times are confirmed with the client in the Proforma Invoice, based on the order size and specifications.
-
Rush orders can be accommodated and will be treated according to the client’s requested schedule and agreed timeframe.
-
Dispatch will be made within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise communicated in writing.
2. Delivery Methods & Terms
-
We offer flexible delivery terms based on client requirements. Common options include:
-
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): Goods delivered to client’s door, with all duties, taxes, and charges included.
-
Ex-Works (EXW): Goods available for pickup at our factory; client arranges all transport and clearance.
-
CIF / FOB: Available upon request for sea or air shipments.
-
-
Shipments can be arranged via courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air/sea cargo, depending on order size and urgency.
-
Transportation insurance can be provided, covering risk of loss or damage until delivery to the client’s location.
-
The chosen delivery term is always confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
3. Delivery Timeframe
-
Transit times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected.
-
Courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL offer both express (fast) and economy services. We provide all available options to the client so they can choose based on cost and urgency.
-
Estimated delivery times are confirmed at the order stage but may vary due to customs clearance, seasonal delays, or force majeure events.
4. Shipping Costs
-
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes depend on the agreed delivery term (e.g., DDP, EXW, CIF, FOB).
-
Under DDP, all charges—including freight, customs duties, and taxes—are included in the quoted price, and the client pays nothing extra on delivery.
-
Under EXW or other terms, the customer is responsible for freight, import duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
-
The applicable cost structure is always confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
5. Risk & Ownership
-
All shipments are packed with full protection and safety measures. We take greater care than anyone to ensure goods reach the client on time and in perfect condition.
-
For added security, we often arrange transportation insurance (even if not specifically requested by the client) because we value long-term business relations and know that timely, damage-free deliveries build trust.
-
In rare cases (e.g., accidental loss or damage during transit), we immediately file a claim under the carrier’s insurance and work closely with the client to reach the best possible solution, with client satisfaction as our top priority.
-
In practice, we take responsibility for the goods until they safely reach the client’s doorstep, regardless of Incoterm.
-
Ownership of goods remains with Sadiq Group of Companies until full payment is received.
6. Delivery Issues
-
We work only with trusted courier partners and our team actively tracks all shipments until they reach the client’s doorstep, making delivery issues very rare.
-
In the unlikely event of a delay, damage, or loss, the client must notify us within 7 days of receipt (or expected receipt) so we can take immediate action.
-
For production-related delays, we maintain full transparency and provide clients with clear updates - including emails, photos, or videos - to explain the reason for delay and ensure confidence.
-
In case of courier-related issues, we support the client in filing claims and resolving the matter promptly. Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied, but our priority is always client satisfaction.
7. Partial Deliveries
-
Partial deliveries can be arranged at the client’s request, even if the Proforma Invoice originally specifies one complete shipment. Any additional costs (if applicable) will be confirmed with the client in advance.
-
In some cases, if a portion of the order faces production delays, we may ship part of the goods first to avoid inconvenience for the client.
-
Each partial delivery will be invoiced separately, and all terms are agreed transparently with the client before dispatch.
